Fiedelis is the Managing Director and founding principal of Liguory & Associates. A former PwC and EY auditor, he brings more than 25 years of experience across audit, assurance, forensic accounting, taxation, and business advisory. Throughout his career, Fiedelis has conducted statutory and forensic audits and managed CFO functions for organisations with annual turnovers ranging from $10 million to $250 million across a diverse range of industries and entity structures.
He leads the firm's most complex engagements, delivering financial, strategic, and risk management advisory with a particular focus on forensic investigations. His experience extends across significant commercial, governance, fraud and financial misconduct matters involving substantial recoveries, regulatory scrutiny, and litigation support — including a landmark agricultural managed-investment-scheme matter.
Fiedelis also provides executive-level financial and CFO advisory across financial reporting, accounting policy, governance and financial controls. He combines deep technical expertise with a practical, commercial approach focused on managed risk and delivering measurable value for clients. He is a Chartered Accountant, CPA, ASIC Registered Company Auditor, ASIC Registered SMSF Auditor, and Registered Tax Agent.

Paul leads the firm's property development, projects and infrastructure advisory practice. An accountant by background and an active property developer with over 20 years' experience, he advises across the full property and capital works lifecycle — from initial assessment and feasibility through funding, delivery and realisation — combining commercial, financial, project and governance expertise in a single, integrated perspective.
His property and development work encompasses site acquisition and feasibility, development approvals including State Significant Development pathways, construction procurement and delivery, funding structures, project optimisation, and real estate transactions across residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure-related developments.
Paul advises developers, investors, landowners, and government stakeholders, drawing on both advisory and principal development experience to evaluate projects, structure development pathways, manage delivery risk, and maximise long-term asset value. His advisory background includes governance and internal control roles within government and regulated environments, as well as work with ASX-listed companies, SMEs, and government entities. He brings practical insight across project governance, financial oversight, procurement, delivery and stakeholder requirements, supporting clients through the key stages of development and capital works programs.

Jagath Rajendran
Jagath leads commercial strategy and business development at Liguory & Associates, bringing a cross-sector perspective developed over a 10-year professional career with exposure across manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, healthcare, hospitality, and professional services.
He leads the firm’s commercial workstream across origination, client engagement, pipeline strategy, and stakeholder management — from initial opportunity through to execution.
In his advisory capacity, Jagath focuses on developing commercial and growth strategies and supporting clients through key decisions and transactions. He works closely with clients, investors, advisers, and counterparties to identify and assess opportunities, develop structured commercial initiatives, and manage associated risks.
His broader involvement spans advisory and hands-on delivery roles across client projects and commercial matters, including capital raising for an advanced manufacturing facility, joint venture structuring, revenue and contracting programs, and cross-border strategic acquisition supporting market-entry objectives. Contributions across these engagements include commercial opportunity assessments, investor origination and engagement, multi-party stakeholder management, due diligence, financing, and commercial structuring.
Jagath also brings board-level experience, having served as an Independent Non-Executive Director, contributing to risk, strategy, and ESG oversight.
